1. Who we are

Ordyn is a creative operations and advertising workflow system for agencies, media buyers, and brand marketing teams operated by Ordyn. In this policy, “Ordyn,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Ordyn service. “You” means the person or organization using Ordyn.

2. Information we collect

We collect information users provide directly, information created while using the product, and information made available through connected services a user authorizes. This may include:

• Account information such as name, email address, workspace membership, role, and authentication details.
• Workspace, client, and creative operations information, including projects, workflows, briefs, files, assignments, approvals, feedback, campaign context, and performance data.
• Advertising data from connected platforms, including authorized business, account, campaign, ad, creative, and performance information.
• Research and sourcing data, including keywords, source URLs, research outputs, prospect records, outreach status, and notes.
• Connected-app data from services such as Meta, Google, Google Drive, Gmail, and Slack when users choose to connect them.
• Billing and transaction information such as purchaser email, business details, subscription status, invoice identifiers, tax information, and payment outcome. Paddle processes payment-card details; Ordyn does not receive complete card numbers.
• Usage and device data such as browser type, IP address, pages viewed, feature usage, log events, error events, and approximate timestamps.

3. Meta platform data

When a user connects Meta, Ordyn may access Meta advertising and business data only after authorization. This may include identifiers, campaign and creative metadata, preview information, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, reach, revenue-related values, and related insight fields.

We use Meta data to provide reporting, performance dashboards, sync jobs, creative analysis, and operational views inside the user’s workspace. We do not sell Meta data.

4. How we use information

• To provide, operate, personalize, secure, and improve Ordyn.
• To authenticate users and manage workspaces, roles, permissions, subscriptions, and connected integrations.
• To sync and display advertising performance, creative performance, research, outreach, and reporting data.
• To generate summaries, recommendations, drafts, and operational assistance using authorized workspace context.
• To process purchases, manage entitlements, prevent fraud, troubleshoot errors, and maintain audit logs.
• To communicate about account, billing, security, product, support, and service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies.

5. AI and automation providers

Ordyn may use AI and automation providers to generate, summarize, classify, or analyze content users submit or authorize inside their workspace. We limit this use to product functionality requested by users or configured by their workspace. Depending on the feature, relevant workspace content may be processed by providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar infrastructure and AI providers.

6. Cookies and local storage

Ordyn may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences, product state, security, analytics, and performance monitoring. Some parts of the service may not work correctly when these technologies are disabled.

7. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate Ordyn, support integrations, complete purchases, comply with law, or follow user instructions. Recipients may include:

• Service providers that host, store, process, analyze, support, or secure the service, including Paddle for checkout and subscription processing.
• Connected third-party integrations when a user authorizes or triggers the integration.
• Workspace members according to their roles and permissions.
• Legal, compliance, or security authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale, subject to appropriate protections.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Ordyn, maintain workspace and transaction records, operate integrations, resolve disputes, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and workspace configuration.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep access limited, monitored, and appropriate to the service.

10. Your choices and requests

Users may disconnect integrations, update workspace records, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, subject to workspace permissions, legal obligations, and technical limitations.

For an account or connected Meta data deletion request, email support@useordyn.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” We may need to verify the request before acting.

11. International processing

Ordyn and its service providers may process information in countries other than where a user is located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

12. Children

Ordyn is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and where required provide additional notice of material changes.
