Terms of Service

1. The service

Ordyn provides creative operations, advertising workflow, research, reporting, collaboration, and automation tools for agencies and marketing teams. Features may evolve as the service develops.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use Ordyn for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting account access, and activity performed by people you invite to your workspace.

3. Subscriptions, prices, and renewal

• Subscriptions are offered on the billing cadence shown before checkout.
• Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
• The total price, currency, and applicable taxes are shown in Paddle Checkout before you authorize payment.
• We may change prices for future purchases or renewal periods with reasonable advance notice. Existing prepaid periods are not repriced retroactively.

4. Payment processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service and is responsible for handling returns.

Do not send payment-card details to Ordyn by email, chat, or telephone. Enter payment information only inside the secure Paddle Checkout.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal through the available billing-management flow or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Customer content and integrations

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to Ordyn. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content to provide the service.

When you connect services such as Meta, Google Drive, Gmail, or Slack, you authorize Ordyn to access and process the permitted data for the functionality you request. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions.

7. AI-assisted features

Some features use automated or AI-assisted systems. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before they are used for business, advertising, financial, or legal decisions. You remain responsible for materials you approve, publish, or send.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Ordyn to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, evade usage or access controls, resell access without permission, or process data you are not authorized to use.

9. Our intellectual property

Ordyn and its software, design, documentation, branding, and underlying technology remain owned by us and our licensors. Your subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription term.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, operational, or product reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change is likely to substantially reduce paid functionality.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordyn is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Ordyn during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages where those exclusions are legally permitted.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity. You may stop using Ordyn and cancel your subscription at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

13. Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller’s registered place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
